AUTARE - a Lithuania based company, founded in 1994, mainly deals with organizing the participation of Lithuanian companies at different range of specialized exhibitions abroad. Every year we ship about 300 Lithuanian companies to various theme exhibitions of 4000-5000sq.m. on average. In 2008 we sent 32% more of Lithuanian exhibitors with 25% larger space to our partners’ exhibitions than in 2007. This indicates the growth of the Lithuanian economy and the attempts of Lithuanian business to get into external markets. We find it much easier to cooperate with foreign countries now when Lithuania became a member of the European Union in 2004. Nowadays AUTARE is representing different exhibition companies from Latvia, Estonia, Finland, United Kingdom, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Turkey, UAE, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Our company is a member of Lithuanian Builders’ and Engineering Industries Associations. It has also positively cooperated with other different business branch associations such as Lithuanian Apparel and Textile Industry Association, the Association of Lithuanian Food Industry, the Lithuanian Packaging Association, the National Association of Electrical Engineering Business and Lithuanian Tourism Fund. The list of our clients is not only limited by these associations. It also includes furniture, interior, auto, sports and leisure, medical, cosmetics, IT and other companies. We try to represent all the exhibitions our partners organize.
Due to its successful activity and experience AUTARE has gained its acknowledgement as a reliable partner not only among private clients but among Lithuanian official institutions as well. Since 2001 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania has been subsidizing the participation of Lithuanian enterprises in different exhibitions organized by AUTARE. In this way our clients have a possibility to cut down their participation expenses up to 70%. In 2008 the Ministry of Economy has subsidized 7 exhibitions arranged by AUTARE.
Besides selling exhibition space our company has also been working with business tourists. We offer our clients to visit the biggest exhibitions worldwide, arranging traveling in groups or individually. We include on our agenda not only a tight exhibition visiting schedule, but also a wide “business mission” program. It involves meetings with the representatives of local business branch associations, visits to the biggest production and sales objects. Also, we arrange business receptions at the Lithuanian Embassy and lots of other business meetings.
The growing Lithuanian economy is encouraging our company to seek new business partners and to expand our services geographically. We are interested in new cooperation projects with exhibition organizers all over the world.
